This is a free online filing, required for most newly-found business entities, provided by IRS, NOT Florida Registrations. We will remind you of this requirement in the last email we send you with your approved paperwork, we will also include a direct link to accessing the online filing system.

Beneficial ownership information is information about the entity and its beneficial owners. Beneficial ownership information is reported to Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, (FinCEN is a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury). An entity that is required to file a BOIR is a “reporting company.”
